NEW Water teamed up with the Green Bay Water Utility to help more than 3,000 middle school students learn about our watershed, and careers in water. The Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce's annual "Find Your Inspiration" event was held at the KI Center. NEW Water is proud to help address the identified community need to get youth thinking about their future careers.

NEW Water has donated an innovative piece of farm machinery to Brown County, thanks to a grant from the Fund for Lake Michigan. An InterSeeder dedication ceremony occurred at the historic Deiderich Family Farm.

Bright and sunny day for the third year of the Silver Creek Student Monitoring Education outreach effort at the Silver Creek Adaptive Management Pilot Project. Twenty students from Bayport and Oneida High Schools participated in this year’s C.R.E.W. (Committed to Restoring and Enhancing our Waters) event. Oneida High School teacher Greg Holder, and Bayport High School teacher Ryan Weed selected students for this year's C.R.E.W. based on environmental essays they wrote. Three stations were set up to inform the students about stream invertebrates, water quality testing, and drone and GIS work in the watershed.
That would be NEW Water’s toilet on wheels! Our community partner, the Children’s Museum of Green Bay (Plan Your Visit Here), is currently hosting NEW Water’s educational display in honor of “Fix a Leak Week”.
