Public Service Announcement from NEW Water:
During this COVID-19 outbreak, we at NEW Water remain committed to health and safety as our most important value, as we continue to serve the community around the clock.
We continue to monitor and follow guidelines from health officials and are also making provisions within our organization to address health and safety of our staff, to do our part to mitigate the outbreak, as well as ensure continuity of service.
All tours and non-essential visits to our facilities have been suspended.
Our Commission meeting schedule remains, though meetings will be held as teleconference. For those wishing to participate, please contact us and we will make provisions.
Also please note, given the toilet paper shortages being reported, people may tend to flush paper towels, facial tissue, and wipes at this time. We have created a new Public Service Announcement with a graphic depiction, in order to try to grab people’s attention: Please ONLY flush the “3Ps” (#1, #2, and toilet paper) in order to help prevent backups and keep the sanitary sewer systems in your homes, and throughout our community, flowing.

NEW Water once again teamed up with the Green Bay Water Utility to commemorate World Water Day. This year's NEW Watershed Champion award went to Dr. Kevin Fermanich of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for his dedicated efforts to improve Wisconsin's waters. Learn more.

Educating and engaging our community
NEW Water teamed up with the Green Bay Water Utility to offer a hands-on "One World, One Water" booth for thousands of children and families at the annual "Einstein Expo" event. The Einstein Project's event was held at the KI Center this year, and helps promote STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) outreach in our community. NEW Water is a member of the Greater Green Bay STEM Network, which is offering free online resources for families, find those here.
