[Learn about our outreach efforts](https://newwater-7337473.hs-sites.com/education) --- ## ![Grant for trees logo 2019](https://www.newwater.us/hs-fs/hubfs/Logos/Grant%20for%20trees%20logo%202019.jpg?width=201&name=Grant%20for%20trees%20logo%202019.jpg)Grant for trees for Northeast Wisconsin NEW Water has been awarded a grant from the U.S. Forest Service under U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) to plant 1,700 trees. The effort supports water quality improvements by helping to capture stormwater runoff.
