During this COVID-19 outbreak, we at NEW Water have remained committed to health and safety as our most important value, as we continue to serve the community around the clock. We continue to monitor and follow health and safety guidelines and orders from the State of Wisconsin, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), and the Brown County Health Department. NEW Water is proud to go beyond compliance to protect the health and safety of its staff, contractors, essential visitors, and their families. Our approach is also out of respect for the families, businesses, and customers who rely on the critical service we provide. NEW Water will update this Guidance Statement as needed.
Effective immediately, face coverings for all NEW Water employees and visitors/contractors are required while at NEW Water's facilities (hereafter referred to as “mask” or “masks”). Current requirements continue, which include maintaining physical distancing of at least six feet and requiring the usual vigilant use of Personal Protective Equipment. Any staff, visitors, or contractors who are ill are asked to stay at home.
NEW Water reserves the right to suspend any projects, activities, or other work NEW Water deems non-essential to critical operations, and/or that would adversely impact or risk the health and safety of staff. NEW Water reserves the right to deny access to its facilities to anyone and/or require anyone to evacuate the premises at any time. These policies and recommendations may be revised without notice.
Expectations Prior to Entry and While Present on all NEW Water Operated Facilities and Properties.

Additionally, NEW Water is requiring essential personnel, which includes but is not limited to, visitors/contractors, consultants, service providers, and delivery personnel, to abide by the following practices outlined below. Please note that essential personnel (referred to as contractors) shall be responsible for ensuring that their workers and subcontractors (including manufacturer/vendor personnel) also abide by these practices:
Essential personnel, such as delivery drivers or short term visitors, do not need to submit a virus documentation form when the following close contact guidelines are followed while on-site.
